Refund policy

At ZIVYA, each product is made to order, specially crafted for you. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Eligible cases for replacement or refund

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • There is a manufacturing or print defect
  • You received the wrong item

Reporting an issue

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size (please refer to the size chart before placing your order)
  • Products returned due to change of mind
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refund & replacement process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Return shipping

In approved cases, return instructions (if required) will be shared via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
